Clutch are back touring this fall in support of their latest album, Psychic Warfare. The rock powerhouse opened the final leg of their American tour at the Town Ballroom in Buffalo, NY, bringing with them Zakk Sabbath and Kyng.

Opening the night’s musical mayhem was the Los Angeles based trio, Kyng. Their guitar driven hard rock sound is similar to that of Hell Yeah. Kyng, made up of Eddie Veliz (vocals, guitar), Tony Castaneda (bass, backup vocals), and Pepe Clarke (drums), came to the stage and wasted no time tearing into their set and showing the packed theatre what to expect for the rest of the night.

Next up was Zakk Wylde and his project, Zakk Sabbath. Zakk (guitar and vocals), and bandmates bassist Rob "Blasko" Nicholson, along with drummer Joey Castillo, play covers of Black Sabbath songs. Wylde’s voice and searing guitar style is a perfect fit for the updated versions of classic Sabbath songs like "Snowblind" and "Fairies Wear Boots." Wylde is a giant on the stage and often stood on a riser which made him look like a guitar wielding Viking. A highlight of the set was Wylde playing an epic 10-minute guitar solo while walking to the back of the house, stopping along the way to indulge fans with multiple selfie ops.

The headliners for the night were Clutch, the touring juggernauts from Maryland, kicking off the last leg their American tour before heading to Europe. Neil Fallon (vocals, rhythm guitar) was as energetic as ever, and Tim Sult (lead guitar, backing vocals), Dan Maines (bass, backing vocals) and Jean-Paul Gaster (drums and percussion) provided him the perfecting backing to his highly animated delivery. The Town Ballroom was packed with fans eager to hear what Clutch had to offer and the band delivered with a vengeance. Opening their set with songs "Decapitation Blues," Burning Beard", and "Noble Savage" they gave the crowd new songs as well as old favorites. Fallon always brings an intensity to the stage that brings Clutch's songs to life.
