Put on them dusty old cowboy boots and blow the trail dust offin' your worn out cowboy hat beacuse Country Thunder's roaring its way back to Twin Lakes, WI next week. Or if you're new to the game and want to be a cowboy for a day - you can purchase just about anything country related at the fest. The country honkfest runs July 20 - 24.

This year's five-day event features such heavy-hitters as Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, Hank Williams Jr., Monthomery Gentry, Le Ann Rimes, Big and Rich, Cowboy Troy, The Charlie Daniels Band and ends the big dance with Sunday performances by Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Top. "It's quite a production, "General Manager Michelle Van De Bogert said in a recent news release. "Our customer service team is made up of local people who take the ticket orders, chart the seats and campsites, stuff the envelopes and process everything in our own proprietary computer system. Customers can place orders online at www.countrythunder.com or over the telephone, and we work with our local post office to ship the tickets to the fans."
As of this week , only a few campsites remained. Everything is sold on a first come, fiest served basis, according to Office Manager Dorothy Durkin. "There should be tickets available to get into the show, but we will sell out of camping very soon," Durkin was quoted as saying.
