Dudes, your website is great. it is nice to see a site that can give a fair and REAL opinion and not just go along with the tide like the rest of the lemmings...I read your review of a Kid Rock show from about a year ago and I couldnt agree more. I mean, what the HELL is the big deal about this clown? Since when does a failed rapper who moonlights as a rocker cause such a stir? I mean, this idiot walks around like he is God's gift. I guess most dont remember him from 10 years ago, when his REAL debut album came out in the spring of 1991 on JIVE RECORDS! The same label brittany, nsync and o town are on! I worked at a record store, so i know. This chump use to have a high top fade hairdo like Kid from rap duo Kid n' Play! He was all like "yo yo yo, yeah boeeeey!" and all that crap. And of course it failed miserably and he was dropped from Jive. And u gotta suck pretty bad to get dropped from Jive! So the lil' wigger goes back home to ROMEO, Michigan. Cuz that is where he was born and raised(NOT Detroit), and he went back to live in his big house with his family, on a SIX ACRE property! Hmmm, dont sound like white trash or a trailer park to me?!??! Not to mention his daddy OWNS a Cadillac Car Dealership!!!

So at 21 years old his career appears to have been over. He is a sucker just like vanilla ice and marky mark... oh, but Kid decides to reinvent himself as some redneck trailer park rocker.. and he released 3 more pathetic albums of self aggrandizing crud on his own indie label while ripping off sooo many people i cant begin to count. This dude is a musical cleptomaniac. Not to mention his whole American Badass persona is basically a 3rd rate version of the TRUE American Badass, the ORIGINAL who had the pimpin' style, the midgets and the swagger, Diamond Dave, David Lee Roth! Kid musta taken Diamond Dave 101 on how to be a rock star.... So this hack Kid, who's real name is BOB, hits TRL in 1999 after gettin signed to Atlantic and getting a band that can play(cuz his skills on instruments are a JOKE) and BOOM, instant career.. So now the guy walks around like if he never did ANYTHING wrong, and swept his pathetic previous career under the rug while runnin around fooling everyone...except me of course... People are sooo gullible.. This guy is a POSER and a cliche'. He hasnt innovated a damn thing. Someone like Beck has been mixing southern rock, folk, blues, hip hop, country, rock, electronica etc.. since 1993!!! BUT HE DIDNT HAVE TO LIE ABOUT HIS BACKGROUND AND ACT LIKE A TRAILER PARK REDNECK TO DO IT! lol.. And rap and rock have been mixing for over 2 DECADES now!!! And I mean, did people forget Michigan is in the NORTH?!?! Why do they believe it when Kid acts like he is a good ole' boy from the south?!?? jesus h. christ! Review: I can't say for the States, but here in England, they've released the CD twice. Once as a limited edition double CD, and also the normal 1 CD, not containing Judas' (shock horror!). Don't know about you, but I think that's a bit rude! Apart from that it's great. You've got old favourites on one CD and a whole new B-Sides-esq release. Well they are the Smashies. It's bound to be good.

Review: I think that you live a world of disillusion. You call Corporate Avenger crap because you dislike their musical style of Punk/metal/hip-hop. Corporate Avenger speaks a message, whether or not they are correct is irrelivant. They dress as "rodeo clowns on crack" to reflect the hatred and lies spread throught our history. You proved that their appearence works, people are put of by what they don't understand. We as humans are taught through various religions. More importantly we are taught that our Religions are accurate in all its teachings. Corporate Avenger is one of the few bands who reject these mentalities. Through their songs Corporate Avenger stresses the importance of spirituality and family. "The Bible is Bullshit" is a song that reflects their veiws on organized religion and their over all message that people put to much faith in their fear-based religions that have done no more than separate and seclude the human race. While the bible, or the Koran may have!
good messages they are not the word of god. They are texts written by men. Our true culture is that of our mother earth. Its not what type of musical style Corporate Avenger,like Rage, is its what they represent thats important.

Review: You do not know what the hell you are talking about. I wanted to know have you ever seen them in person? Because you would know that Freedom is a State of Mind is their third album and they do not try to be black inner city homies. I just think you might be writing a bad review of them because you might be offended because your religious or something but they stand up for their beliefs and I give them props for that. Me and my boyfriend have seen them like a dozen times live and we have all three of their albums and we have become very good friends with the lead singer Spike.
