I also think that the mix of 'Forced screams' onto 'white-boy rapping'(if thats what we're calling it),sounds good and hed pe produce some damn good shit and they are far from predictable!Pac Bell - yeah, that was an obvious and unoriginal sound wasn't it.I think they deserve shit loads more credit than they get and as for being "sell-outs", they've recently-ish joined suburban noize records which are relatively renowned for their lack of desperate publicity.I think that redeems them.They have an original sound and frontman Jahred's vocals are insane - his transition from screaming to singing mixes well, as opposed to many bands I could name.They're one of my favourite bands and I don't listen to shit. kevin, chicago 02/05/07 artist: RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE Review: dangerous music man! I must admit I'm looking forward to seeing the show, even though I was disappointed that he isn't bringing a full band - especially when promoting the dance oriented "Revolution". That said if its anything like "Live Acoustic America" which is simply one of the best "unplugged" concerts I've ever heard then bring it on. Howard is the forefather of all solo electronic artists and should get much more attention for his excellent work of recent years. He is an astounding musician as well as an intelligent and sensitive human being. I'm gonna be the first to welcome him to Sydney when he gets here in March. I will admit that his lates album, Seven, was not as good as it could have been, there still were some good songs on there. Like "Addicted" and "Romer" were just 2 of the ones that I liked from that Album. When Andy kept on puting Enrique down, like when he said "where Iglesias' weakened whimpers were instantly drowned out by the bass thumps." Sure Enrique might have done that but as far as I know what sing doesn't at some point or anotherin their career. I'll bet almost any thing that Julio Sen. has even done that at some point in the past. Everyone makes mistakes so why should singers be any differant. I bought the HJ "Live in America" CD 5 years ago and had to buy another one because I've burnt the first one out with overplay. I loved the concert on CD and was thrilled to learn, only upon showing up Sat. night, that it would be a similar show. I loved the opportunity to see Howard in such an intimate setting. All in attendance, namely me, loved the show. He is a charming showman and great musician and pianist. I enjoyed it immensely and look forward to seeing him again.
