Photos By Andy Argyrakis With an increasingly long gap between albums, it's never easy predicting when Fiona Apple will return to the studio, though in the case of the brand new "The Idler Wheel..." (Clean Slate/Epic), she certainly delivered a poetic and endearing batch of material worth the seven year wait.
