George Thorogood and his four-man band, the Destroyers, delivered his "dirty, naughty" 13 song set to an all age packed house who were ready to dance, scream and have a good time.

George Thorogood may be a blast from the past, but he has outstanding credentials. He started out as the opening act for the Rolling Stones in 1981. He has released 16 studio albums. Two albums were certified platinum and six have been certified gold with sales topping 15 million albums worldwide.

Tonight was to be a life celebration and George was the host. After he set the mood with "Rock Party," he said, "I promise I will do everything in my power to get arrested. Somebody is going to jail and it might as well be me! Gentlemen start your engines." Their engines remained revved for over an hour and a half. He delighted the audience with favorites "Who Do You Love," "One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer," and "Move It On Over." (For a complete set list, see below.)

There was a screen in back of the stage that periodically showed videos of George from the past, a tribute to Johnny Cash during "Cocaine Blues," and other tidbits that augmented the show very well.

There was a three-song encore that featured his biggest hit, "Bad To The Bone." The audience had hit their stride singing along word for word with their "hero." George paid homage to music icons of the past including John Lee Hooker, Bo Diddley, Johnny Cash, and Hank Williams. The enthusiastic crowd paid homage to a blues rock legend!
