I wasn't very up to date with his back catalogue, but what I heard not only impressed me of his playing, but also inspired me to go back through his solo albums as well as his stuff with "the mother ship" to hear more. I was most shocked and amazed when the trio did a fairly long quote from "The Firth of Fifth." What an amazing show!
